The Moorigad Dragon and Reap Not the Dragon

moorigad tour banner

moorigad the dragonA Magical Universe…
Hidden throughout the worlds are magical portals leading to the secret dimension where Mystic’s Carnival is nestled. A self-aware fair that is both carnival and circus combined, and filled with a plethora of supernatural and paranormal beings.

Performers and runaways, Kyra and Sebastian, are away visiting the human realm when they find themselves at odds. Stay hidden, or interfere with a human’s destiny?

Saving a life doesn’t go unpunished.

Kyra thinks saving Marcus’s life is easy – slick as dragon snot – and a one-time deal. The resulting bond tying her to him and enslaving her as protector is unexpected.

She didn’t expect one good deed to turn into an endless chain of good deeds. Or to complicate the relationship with her best friend, Sebastian. And she especially didn’t expect it to place her life on the line.

Kyra’s dragon must keep Marcus alive and salvage her relationship with Sebastian without losing herself or dying.

Dark PerceptionsLove is stronger than fear…or is it?

The last thing Sara remembers is a conflicted night out with her boyfriend, Matt, and laying out under the dark night’s sky. How she came to be seated among the crowd under the Big Top is a mystery. When and how did she get there? She doesn’t wait to find out. Whether it’s due to basic fear or the scary, hideous clowns, Sara and Matt run. Run beyond the tent walls into the deep, dark alleys of the carnival. What they find along their mad dash to the parking lot will have them redefining their idea of fun zones, thrill rides, and date nights. Fear is an eat-you-alive monster. Refusing to be defined by that monster, they will confront those fears. What they find?

Perceptions can be excruciatingly misleading…and some monsters have hidden claws.

About the Author:

Debra KristiDebra Kristi found it rather dull always staying tethered to reality. She decided to let whimsy get the best of her, and with the help of her muse she began bringing magical stories to life in 2010. It’s been nothing but write, write, write and type, type, type ever since. Born and raised a Southern California girl, she still resides in the sunny state with her husband, two kids, and three schizophrenic cats. A lover of fanciful stories at a young age, she hadn’t realized the writer bug infected her until much later in life. As a result, her stories pull from a rich history of experiences.
When not busy drumming away at the keyboard or chatting it up on social media, Debra is hanging out creating priceless memories with her family, geeking out to science fiction or fantasy television, and tossing around movie quotes.

Defcon Darcy by A.J. Lape

defcon darcy tour banner
DefconDarcy-COLORRGB72Fisher Stanton, Valley High School’s Nantucket wannabe, has a cheating girlfriend. When he hires Darcy Walker to chase her to a local club, in true Darcy fashion she stumbles upon a dead body. Thing is, this body has secrets…and Darcy’s mysterious friend, Jaws, and the reporter, Tito Westbrook, have a vested interest. Both enlist Darcy to find the person responsible who has eluded them for years, but Darcy doesn’t solve crimes for free anymore, especially where Jaws is concerned. Knowing Darcy’s Achilles heel, Jaws blackmails Darcy into working for him.

In a true test of wills, Darcy and Jaws battle head-to-head to see who can outsmart the other—Jaws needs Darcy to help him end a bitter grudge war; Darcy needs Jaws to divulge the mystery surrounding her mother’s death. Haunted by a past that shaped her present, Darcy will stop at nothing to get answers. Even if it means breaking the law and being disloyal to her new boyfriend, Dylan Taylor, in the process.

DEFCON DARCY gives Darcy’s demons a name and ties up loose ends that made Darcy into the verb that she is. What she thinks she knows as truth, isn’t. What she wishes wasn’t true…is.

The problem is, when your life goes DEFCON 1, not everyone lives to tell about it.

College For Convicts by Christopher Zoukis

college for convicts tour banner

CFC book cover, Zoukis_978-0-7864-9533-7The United States accounts for 5 percent of the world’s population, yet incarcerates about 25 percent of the world’s prisoners. Examining a wealth of studies by researchers and correctional professionals, and the experience of educators, this book shows recidivism rates drop in direct correlation with the amount of education prisoners receive, and the rate drops dramatically with each additional level of education attained.

Presenting a workable solution to America’s mass incarceration and recidivism problems, this book demonstrates that great fiscal benefits arise when modest sums are spent educating prisoners. Educating prisoners brings a reduction in crime and social disruption, reduced domestic spending and a rise in quality of life.

Do It With Words: Regrow Your Hair with Your Mind by Kfir Luzzatto

regrow your hair tour banner
DoitWithWords_cover_finalRegrow Lost Hair and Restore Its Natural Color to Gray Hair – Do It With Your Mind

Do It With Words – No “Magic” Potions Or Lotions Needed

Do It With Words is a straightforward guide into the power of your mind. The author, a former skeptic, who reformed after witnessing how mind-body practices deliver tangible results, provides visual proof and a precise blueprint of the mind-body experiment in which he succeeded in his attempt to regrow lost hair and to restore its natural color to gray hair.

The book describes in precise detail how the author:

Regrew lost hair; restored its natural, dark brown color to his previously white hair;used self-hypnosis, guided imagery and meditation to achieve all results without the aid of any external preparation.

Editorial Reviews

“It’s a wonderful application of something that I have believed in for many years now – the power of mind over body . . . This technique is worthy of serious attention.” – Michael J. Hadfield, D. Hyp., MBSCH

“Kfir Luzzatto . . . has laid down a path for you to reach many goals traditionally considered difficult or impossible. I see Kfir as very much a visionary pioneer in the mind-body field. We are fortunate to read what he has discovered and reveals . . .” – Forbes Robbins Blair

About Kfir Luzzatto

KfirI was born and raised in Italy, and moved to Israel as a teenager. I acquired my love for the English language from my father, a former U.S. soldier and WWII veteran, a voracious reader, and a prolific writer. I have a PhD in chemical engineering and I work as a patent attorney. I am a recipient of the prestigious Landau Award for Research and have been granted several patents for my own inventions. I live in Omer, Israel, with my full-time partner, Esther, our four children, Michal, Lilach, Tamar, and Yonatan, and the dog Elvis.

I published extensively in the professional and general press over the years. For almost four years I wrote a weekly “Patents” column in Globes (Israel’s financial newspaper). My non-fiction book, The World of Patents, was published in 2002 by Globes Press. I am the author of several short stories and of six novels. I am an HWA (Horror Writers Association) and ITW (International Thriller Writers) member and I also serve on the editorial board of The Harrow Press as Anthology Editor.

I became interested in mind-body practices a few years ago, after witnessing how my son got rid of a persistent viral wart with guided imagery. How I decided to initiate the ambitious experiment that finally led me to regrow lost hair and to turn the clock back on my hair age, restoring the original color to it, is a long story that unfolds in the book.

outsystemMajor Richards needs to get out of the Sol System

Demoted by the military and hung out to dry, the media labels her the Butcher of Toro. Despite her soiled record, Tanis still one of the best military counter-insurgency officers in the Terran Space Force.

And they need her to find the terrorists responsible for trying to destroy the GSS Intrepid, a massive interstellar colony ship in the final phases of construction at the Mars Outer Shipyards.

It’ll be her ticket out of the Sol system, but Tanis discovers she is up against more than mercenaries and assassins. Major corporations and governments have a vested interest in ensuring the Intrepid never leaves Sol, ultimately pitting Tanis against factions inside her own military.

With few friends left, Tanis will need to fight for her life to get outsystem.
