The Posse by Tawdra Kandle

The Posse

Being a widow at the age of forty-four was never in Jude Hawthorne’s plans. After her husband’s death, she’s left with her family’s beach restaurant and two nearly-grown children. The last thing she’s looking for is another chance at love.
However, if her husband’s best friends, the Posse, have anything to say about it, love is just what she’s going to get. The Posse is determined to take care of Jude, and when they decide the best way to do that is for one of them to sweep her off her feet, three begin to vie for her affections. But only one can reach her heart.

In a story of friendship, loss and second chances, Jude will learn her life is far from being over.

  1. I don’t have a lot of beach experience, but as long as there is a sunset and I’m with the hubz, it’s romantic.

  2. Kyla Patton says:

I find most beaches romantic at night, rather than any one, but I DON’T like littered beaches. So any non-littered beach at night 🙂

  3. Kim Reisdorf says:

I think all beaches are romantic at sunset.

  4. Ava Chavez says:

2nd beach at la Push on the Washington Coast. Breathtaking!

  5. I do not have a favorite romantic beach, but I think the most romantic thing about beaches are when you can watch the sun set while listening to the gentle lapping of waves with someone special. There is nothing more beautiful than that!

  6. I’ve only been to the beaches here on the east coast. I would say it’s any beach that there is a full moon, soft summer breeze, and no one around but your love and you.

  7. A nice, private beach! 🙂

  8. joe hawkshaw says:

My favorite beach is Myrtle beach.

  9. We never called it the beach, it was always, “Down the shore.” That should narrow it down for any NJ native 😀
    Atlantic City 😀
